cant get past character selection Empty

hi i have a question about getten in. whenever i select character i always DC and i wait and then i try again but i still DC at charecter selection. wat should i do ( my internet isnt slow its fast but i have no idea if internet connection is the problem.)
so plz help thnx!!!
